Customer Accounts

Customers who participate in loyalty programs through Pounds agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.

Pricing and Payment

Growth-Based Pricing

Pounds uses transaction-based pricing. You agree to pay:

• A percentage of each transaction processed through the platform
• Any applicable processing fees for payment handling
• Additional fees for premium features or services as specified

Payment Terms

Payments are processed automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Pounds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide services
• Process and analyze data to improve the Platform
• Create aggregated, anonymized analytics

Data and Privacy

Service Availability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
